Purpose No. 3: To process and answer requests from users of the telemedia.

For the above mentioned purposes No. 1, No. 2 and No. 6, the data will be stored for as long as your use of the telemedia service lasts.

For the above mentioned purpose No. 3, the data will be stored until communication with the user is terminated; if storage obligations are triggered by the contents of the communication, the data will be stored beyond the time of termination of the communication, until the end of the storage obligation, otherwise at least as long as the possibility of the responsible person's own legal defense requires storage within the framework of statutory limitation or exclusion periods.

For the above-mentioned purpose No. 4, the data will be stored for a further 7 days after the end of your use of the telemedia.

For the above-mentioned purpose No. 5, the personal data will be stored until they are made anonymous, within a few minutes of the end of your use of the telemedia.

In principle, i.e. subject to legal restrictions, you have the rights listed below. In order to facilitate the exercise of these rights, you are informed that an application to this effect does not require any specific form on your part and can therefore also be submitted electronically (in particular by e-mail).

You may request access to your personal data by the controller.

You may request the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you by the controller.

You may request erasure of your personal data by the controller.

You may request that the controller restrict the further processing of your personal data.

You have the right to object (in general) to the further processing of your personal data by the controller for the above-mentioned purposes No. 2 and No. 5, if you provide grounds relating to your particular situation that justify the objection.

You have the right to object to direct marketing, forcing the controller to omit the processing of your personal data for the above-mentioned purpose No. 6 (no reason must be given).

You may obtain from the controller the personal data concerning you that you have provided to the controller for the above mentioned purpose No. 1 and No. 3 in a structured, common and machine-readable format and to transmit this data to another controller without interference by the controller to whom the personal data was provided.

You also have the right to file a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority about the controller's handling of your data. Your provision of personal data concerning you is necessary for the provision of the telemedium. There is no legal obligation to provide the data. However, failure to provide the data would mean that the telemedium cannot be provided to you.

Automated decision-making, which could have legal effects on you or significantly affect you in a similar way, does not take place in connection with your use of the telemedium.
